Launch Ceremony and
Press Conference
A formal honoring of all sponsors will be organized by the event's patron
during the
launch ceremony and press conference, attended by a number of media representatives from
radio and
television channels, to document the event and announce supporting partnerships. The
ceremony will
include the presentation of honorary shields to each category of sponsors and the taking of
commemorative photos documenting these special moments in appreciation of their effective
role in the
success of the event
The ceremony will be held
in a
luxurious hall, where attendees will have the opportunity to network and strengthen
relationships in a
sophisticated atmosphere, culminating in a lavish dinner that reflects the event's level and
importance
